Since our last bin broke....It was basically some hook things on the inside of a cupboard door to hide it away... We have never had a proper kitchen bin, we just have a plastic bag on the floor next to sink, which annoys me because I always have to pick it up to put rubbish in it. Anyway I have found the perfect thing, The Binvention, or Home Recycling Organiser is made to hold carrier bags and is small enough to fit in our small kitchen. It also looks cool.

The only problem it has it that it costs about £75 so I might just steal the design and make my own...

I'm very tired so this shall be a quick post.
I have been feeling a bit crappy because I hadn't been out taking photographs for ages so I made sure that I went to Korova Bar in Liverpool to see The Immigrants. We had to leave once they had finished to catch the train home but fun was had in the short amount of time that we stayed.

I've not took any photographs for a while so I thought linking to a video I like would be fun.

This is Final Fantasy (Owen Pallet) performing Joanna Newsoms "Peach, Plum, Pear".

His latest album "He Poos Clouds" is brilliant, definately a big step forward from "Has a Good Home"

Me, Scott and Jo went to bar Studio again to watch more acoustic acts.
The night went well and there was a better crowd there than last week.

I took 181 photos and came back with about 30 useable images. The lighting is pretty rubbish in there, they need some kind of stage lighting that can be aimed at the dancefloor area instead of just having the spotlight shining on a mirrorball.

Went to The Studio in Runcorn again to watch some acoustic acts.
The place was dead but the performers still put on a good show for the people that were there.

Me, Scott and Jo went to The Studio in Runcorn to watch some bands that were raising money for some crazy organisation called Loose Music or something.
The place was full of emo kids so it was if we were the oldest people in the building, even older than the bar staff. We weren't expecting the music to be any good, and it wasn't. Basically, the bands "Peroxide Blue" and "The Loves" were rubbish but "Julius Markov and the Sexy Mistakes" showed some promise so I only took photos of them. You can view the photos by clicking the image.

They just need a drummer (although they used the drum machine well) and the singing needs a bit of work. They have a Myspace somewhere, go check it out..

Think that's all I can be bothered typing tonight.

Here is a film me and Scott made months ago for a bunch of acting type students in Wakefield.
Hope they don't mind me uploading this, meh, they might like the attention.

I know it's a bit rubbish but we did drive all the way from Widnes to Wakefield, filmed it, edited it, and the drove all the way back home. Think we were awake for about 20 hours that day. Anyway, enjoy.

Some of the first photos I took with my new camera.
I think this is the first gig where i've taken photos, they are mostly rubbish but I can be forgiven because I had only just got th camera and wasn't used to all the new jazz I could do...

These are the only good ones I can find really, when I was taking them I was a bit nervous. When I walked infront of the stage another guy with a camera jumped right next to me and it felt like he was competing with me or something. People like that frustrate me.
Anyway, I don't know who this band is but if one of you is reading this blog and want a copy of the photos, please ask me first.
